Using your humidifier

Fill and operate the unit according to the supplied instructions. Place it on a stable, water-resistant surface away from electrical equipment. Empty and clean the tank regularly. Do not add essential oils unless the manufacturer expressly permits them.

Please note: A humidifier adds moisture to dry indoor air; it is not designed to remove damp or condensation.

When will my order arrive?

Can I return it if I've opened it?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and you can open an item to check it, just like in a shop. If it's been used, the refund is reduced to reflect that, and single-use absorbers that have been used up can't be refunded. Faulty items are always covered. Returns & refunds

What humidity should my home be?

Aim for 40–60%. Above about 65% for long periods, condensation and mould get an easy start. Below 40%, the air can feel dry on your skin and throat. A hygrometer shows you exactly where each room sits.

Will this fix my damp?
