HumidityHero is a trading name of M&DH Commerce Ltd. This page explains how returns and refunds work. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it.
- To start a return, email us at info@humidityhero.store with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
- You're welcome to open and examine an item the way you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect its loss in value. Moisture absorbers and refills start working as soon as they're unsealed and exposed to air, so please only open them when you're ready to use them.
- For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of sending the item back.
- We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you showing proof you've sent it), including the standard delivery charge on your original order if you return the whole order. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Tell us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) by emailing your order number with photos of the item and its packaging. We may ask you to return the item so we can check it.
- Within 30 days of delivery you're entitled to a full refund for a faulty item, even if you've started using it.
- After 30 days, we'll offer a repair or replacement first, or a refund if that isn't possible.
- We pay the return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
- Damage caused after delivery, through accidents or misuse, isn't covered.
Items sent directly by our suppliers
Some items, such as humidifiers and some moisture absorbers, are sent directly from our supplier. The same rights apply. Please email us before sending anything back and we'll give you the right return address.
