Good to know
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive 2–3 working days later with tracked delivery. Delivery is free on your first order with code WELCOME, and free on every UK order over £50. Delivery information
Can I return it if I've opened it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and you can open an item to check it, just like in a shop. If it's been used, the refund is reduced to reflect that, and single-use absorbers that have been used up can't be refunded. Faulty items are always covered. Returns & refunds
What humidity should my home be?
Aim for 40–60%. Above about 65% for long periods, condensation and mould get an easy start. Below 40%, the air can feel dry on your skin and throat. A hygrometer shows you exactly where each room sits.
Will this fix my damp?
Our products deal with condensation, the most common cause of damp. They won't fix a leak, rising damp or rain getting through a wall. If you're not sure which you have, our Find Your Fix guide walks you through it.
